Originally coffee beans are green, it is thanks to the roasting process that they change to the shape and the colour we all know. Roasting is more than just a process. It is the moment in which the fragrance, taste and colour of the blend are defined. That’s why coffee roasting is an art that we know very well. The whole process in in the hands of our experienced master coffee roasters who know how to cook the beans, decide the right temperature and most importantly respect the organoleptic properties of the beans.
